"Paska" means shit. From this we can create a very large array of different expressions, these being only some of them:
Kissanpaska, koiranpaska, hevonpaska.
Cat shit, dog shit, horse shit - but colloquially the latter means anything that is unreasonable or lying.
Ulkopaska - Outside shit. "Se on jotain ulkopaskaa vaan." Meaning the innocuous dirt that gets on clothes, pets and children when outside.
Sisäpaska - Indoors shit. Denoting the harmless gunk that gets on clothes, pets and children when they're inside.
"Linssit ihan paskassa taas..." - The glasses or lenses are covered in random dirt and smudges again.
Paskanjauhaja - Someone who chews the shit, which is to say talks a lot and often of little importance.
Paskanpuhuja - Someone who speaks shit, a bullshitter, often spreader of malicious untruths.
"Vittu mitä paskaa." - Fuck, what shit. Expression used to denote any experience, circumstance or event where the thing is completely fucked all the way down, with no redeeming qualities.
"Paskaks män." - When something has been broken, become irreparable and unrepairable.
Paska mäihä - Shitty luck. When someone is experiencing misfortune, usually due to no fault of their own.
"Paska juttu." - Shitty thing. When expressing condolences when some type of horseshit has occurred, you've been subjected to injustice, and/or your thing has been broken in an unrepairable fashion.
