ahh, that's not that hard. You pick an instance or host your own, make a room, or a space if you have multiple rooms, think of those as discord servers where rooms are channels, then bridge with telegram if you want, and finally put on some moderation bots, for example mjolnir or dropnear if I spelled that correctly, for abuse prevention. There you go, almost done. If you want to persue this further, I'm happy to help if you're having issues with any of the above.
