I mean ... ads are OK-ish of they pay for the content and as long as they don't track or are used for malvertising. So if sides change this removing adblockers sounds fine to me. But until then, I think #adnauseam is a nice tool to filter (non-)tracking ads and poisen the trackingdata.

Under EU law they are not allowed to deploy #adblock detection technologies.

It lists a bunch of uBlock Origin filters which I also use currently - and works for me (for now, at least until YouTube patches this).
