For those of you without ADHD or AuDHD, or insomnia for different reasons, that's about as much as we can expect to get most nights.
It's been about our average over the last month.
Our realistic target is 6+ hours.
Our ideal is 7+ hours. .
Anything much beyond 7 is a luxury we don't get to experience any more, except on very rare occasions.
8+ hours of actual sleep, not just time in bed, on a regular basis just isn't on the cards for us.
