in reply to Daniel Gultsch • • •so the next necessary step would be to close down Android even more and forcing such apps to comply. Not really believing that this will happen, but just in case: that's why having #LinuxMoblie / #postmarketos as additional backup is IMO so valuable.
Coincidentally have just been working on improving video calls in @dino - so omemo encrypted calls (compatible with Conversations) are becoming more usable on phones with (close to) mainline kernels.
