I didn't know Google was becoming more evil, thanks for sharing the news!
EFF (Electronic Frontier Foundation) has a tool people can use to try to measure how much data are shared and what's the fingerprint of their browser.
It's called Cover you tracks: coveryourtracks.eff.org/
There you can read more about fingerprinting and they also point you to some tools like Tor Browser, Privacy Badger, NoScript, resistFingerprint setting in Firefox and more

Stop using all Google services and apps. Use adblocking and network filtering to block Google's junk at connection level. It's the only way. There will still be some garbage like their CDNs, fonts and other crap webpages embed, but most can be blocked with filtering. Google is everywhere so getting rid of it entirely isn't realistic even if you drop all their services and apps.
