Handy #LibreOffice Calc tip! Press Ctrl+; to insert the current date, or Shift+Ctrl+; for the current time. Want a date and time that's always updating? Use the =NOW() function. https://help.libreoffice.org/latest/en-US/text/scalc/01/04060102.html #foss #opensource

in reply to LibreOffice • • •: but wouldn't the time change the next time the workbook is opened/refreshed?
Need static data, not dynamic data...

So you should ba able to subtract them and show "this document is x days old".

in reply to LibreOffice • • •I was having some issues with excel2021 and some fairly simple time series x,y graphs
so I thought download calc and give it a whirl
just me, what I need, calc is very inferior to excel
I mean, not even close
and the default to my eye is ugly: the cells have an odd shape and the borders seem wrong, but that could be cause I'm used to excel, but it still looks ugly and un polished
