Hurray for dark mode improvements! 🎉 🥳 Thanks a lot for your hard work.

Waiting for it to show up on arch repo. Really excited for what dark mode improvements has to offer. I hope the icons look better in dark mode now.

Great news!

... but does it fix the infuriating behaviour where the "next" and "previous" search result buttons at the bottom of the screen move up or down a row depending on whether or not the current result is in a table?
in reply to Mike Taylor 🦕

@mike Hi! The blog post links to the changes: https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/ReleaseNotes/7.5 – But if there's something else you want fixed/improved, please help us! We're a volunteer-driven project with VERY limited resources, so we can only fix things important to you, if more people give us a hand 😊

Awesome. Thank you!

For the next version it would be great if one could customize the tabbed ui. And a "laser pointer" mouse icon in presentation mode of impress.

Again thanks for the great work you do!!!

seem to recall that data in charts was previously available in the old chart functionality - which got removed when chart2 was developed ? Now, it is back in again ?

Do you know, why in "Ubuntu Software" of Canonical is still the version 7.4.5.1 available?
in reply to MS noma

@nomab Hi, you need to ask the Ubuntu community about that!

Hi Ubuntu Community, my question to LibreOffice was:
> » Do you know, why in "Ubuntu Software" of Canonical is still the version 7.4.5.1 available?«

while "Major update! #LibreOffice 7.5 is now available, with:

@koyu Hi! We'd love auto-updates too, but our community has very limited resources, and nobody is working on it right now. You could consider funding a developer, and then we can get the feature sooner: https://www.documentfoundation.org/certified-developers/ – Thanks 😊
in reply to LibreOffice

great news!
Are pinned documents planned for anytime soon?
in reply to Greg Walker :manjaro:

@gregsie Thanks! You can see if anyone has submitted it as an Enhancement Request here: https://bugs.documentfoundation.org – But of course, we have very limited resources, so if you'd like that feature quickly, please consider helping our volunteers to implement it, or fund a developer! Thank you 😊

Hi. I'm testing the 7.5 release and to me it's clearly not clean enough to go live. Sorry for being so abrupt, but I'm really disappointed. Using it for 2 hours and I've been facing big bugs preventing an efficient work (ui freeze / not working buttons / hard-to-read darkmode). Reported 4 bugs, but now I need to work, so back to 7.4 :(
in reply to Julien Granjon

@granjonjulien Thanks for reporting the issues! Our QA community will investigate, and hopefully a future 7.5.x release will work better for you 👍
