So now, software nerd that I am, I'm curious about whether they rolled their own audio player or used an off-the-shelf one, and how they're handling DRM on the PC. This might actually give me a reason to use NLS for the first time in like 20 years.

@matt I do not know for certain, but I am assuming that it is a player that they made themselves since it has all of the controls that the mobile version has, plus each control has a hotkey. As far as DRM, I would assume that it can only play NLS books since it is built into the Bard Express software.
