#ActionAlert! For those in the #USA who use the #ShiptApp for #iOS to obtain groceries, it appears that the update which rolled out yesterday has broken something in a big way. This refers to Version 2.241.1 (276986)Currently when using #VoiceOver even though it reports items have added to the cart the cart remains empty. If you can reproduce this, please join us in reporting this to #Shipt. Their support email is: support@shipt.com and their phone is: 205-502-2500.

Someone has just informed us that through contacting #Shipt by phone they were told that Shipt is aware of the problem and engineers are working on a fix. Others are letting us know they still plan to politely report the issue so that Shipt will be aware of how many have been impacted by the issue. Polite but firm advocacy is always a good thing.
