I've spent over an hour trying various variations of "silicone/rubber/plastic tie-downs/straps/belts/strapping/webbing holes/punched/perforated/screws/screw-down" and haven't had any luck.

Really I'm just looking for long lengths of silicone belts with pre-punched holes.
