can I switch to a nightly version of #gotosocial, then switch back to stable eventually, without breaking my database in the process? I want to try the fixes as regards fedilab and the possible fix of the twblue client for windows, for those who use that. With that occasion, #tweesecake could work as well, though imo clients should gracefully handle 404 and other errors from mastodon.py, not show empty timelines like with tweesecake, or outright crashing which is the case for twblue.

I am using #tweesecake, its pretty nice besides some weird behaviour with the buffers or stuff I am not used to but in general its good. The other one I know would be tw blue but people say the menu is a bit broken right now and I didn't really got used to it either.
