Watercolor painting of a building along Via Vittorio Emanuele in Palermo, Sicily. A large block building with a patchy ochre facade takes up the whole frame. Three stories are in view, with the upper two having grated balconies with red-orange slatted doors. The ground floor has a storefront to the left with a cream colored facade and darkened interior of reds and blues. On the ground floor to the right is an arched entry with shadowed reliefs above a large red, wooden entry. Enclosed electrical runs vertically while loose wires swooping horizontally. A blue shadow is cast on the left from a building behind the viewer.
