any ideas how to install Heaviocity products with screenreader? I have serial numbers but cant access library files, the portal seems inaccessible at all.
Huh, I managed it - Open heaviocity portal and don't change focus - ocr nvda+r - finally I see here the whole screen where is the library and that install button - then choose location button - Now I selected the folder using standard windows dialog - clicked next unlabelled button Now it is downloading, NVDA is reporting progress. I should definitelly read #NVDASR manual again to understand how to OCR whole screen.
On Mac it works well enough without even OCR, but try putting the serial direct into Native Access. Most of their products just work that way nowadays.
You have to download files via the portal e. g. after adding serial you have to manually put native access to folder where the portal downloaded files.
