In my laptop #Thunderbird, I have logged in my email accounts. I want to export them to my Android phone. The export QR is not getting scanned by the Thunderbird app (downloaded from F-Droid).

Is anyone else encountering this issue? Can I export using a file rather than QR code?

We're sorry about this! We're working on improvements to the QR code import. For now, please check the support article (support.mozilla.org/kb/thunder…), having your desktop app on light mode, and move your phone back from the laptop screen. We hope this helps!

We're sorry to hear that didn't work. Unfortunately you can only import from file from either another copy of Thunderbird for Android or K-9 Mail (support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/t…). We are working on making the QR code better in a future version of the app soon!
