in reply to Thunderbird: Free Your Inbox • • •there's a good addon for this.
But I'm wondering why is there still no sync solution for the RSS feeds? Nextcloud news, freshrss, tiny tiny.....

in reply to Thunderbird: Free Your Inbox • • •Correcting a point in the video: the Thunderbird Conversations add-on is still supported and works (disclaimer: I support it).
There's a few rough edges in the latest versions (mainly that encrypted messages don't work - also due to Thunderbird's technical debt).
I plan to support it the best I can at least until there's equivalent functionality in Thunderbird itself.

in reply to Mark Banner • • •@Standard8 Thank you for all your hard work on the add-on, Mark. No doubt it has brought some satisfaction to a bunch of Thunderbird users.
I'll make a note of this in the description and pinned comments of the video.

in reply to gme (he/him) 🇺🇦 🇵🇸 • • •Yes, that is an add-on maintained by the excellent @Standard8. And he has done a great service to so many of our users.
However, this really should be a native feature. And that’s important in the event a developer can no longer maintain an add-on.
