For the most part, MalwareBytes works well with screen readers although pull-down menus are not spoken when they gain focus, although items in those menus do speak once the menus are opened.

ehh ... honestly that one will cover most things these days. You can install malwarebytes anti-malware for some extra protection if you're paranoid
