I bought the previous version years ago so will this be a free upgrade?

Okay so this is actually super confusing, but after you buy it, the first link is a product hyperlink with raw HTML code showing at the end. It's in a table, and the last column is the download link but I have table announcements disabled, whoops, but it also did not alert me that I bought this item and when I checked my download section before buying it still had the old version for me, but I didn't mind buying to test. @KaraLG84 @NVAccess

@weirdwriter @KaraLG84 Thanks for your support Robert, and for testing! The table usually has the name of the product you purchased - which is a link to the product page (in case you want to go back and check it), and the second link is to download the material itself. I'll have a look and see if we can do anything with that email to make it clearer

@KaraLG84 Kara, I'm never 100% sure, as I have broken it in the past, but .. I think so :) If you go to https://www.nvaccess.org/my-account/downloads/ it will let you download the most recent version you can access. When you download it, you can double check the date. I haven't got any reports that I've broken it this time! 🤞

Just pointing out that the free sample section available in the link does not appear to be “extensively rewritten” and appears to be a 2016 copyright. That would appear to be a deterrent to a person evaluating the material.
