First attempt at installing podcatcher/rss into the #BTSpeak console via an off the shelf offering. Unfortunately, Castero doesn't work too well due to the way it outputs its interface- standard navigation commands don't work.
Through this we also discover that the main Python environment is externally managed, but I don't think the difficulties with the interface are a direct result of the fact the app is running in a separate venv.
