Für meine lieben Leseratten gingen gerade weitere 23 #eBooks bei ebooks.qumran.org/ live. Insgesamt stehen Euch damit nun 12.960 Bücher dort bereit. Viel Spaß beim Stöbern & Schmökern :awesome:

I was doing so good there for about a week. Now I'm back to this thing where I sleep for no more than two hours, then I'm up for the rest of the day.
I've gotten about 8 hours or so of sleep in the last four days.

I guess it's better than being awake for many days straight, which I've also done somewhat recently.

In related news, stress sucks.

Někdo šanci využil ke změně k lepšímu, podobně jako PP, jiný zůstal šmejdem stejně jako AB. bird.makeup/users/prezidentpav…

Děsí mě ten předpovídaný nárazový vítr. V tom by se nedalo jezdit. Mám ještě týden volna, já si snad ten Zwift zase budu muset předplatit. #RoadBike

tak to musíme naplnit Fediverse zábavnějším a návykovějším obsahem :-) @pavelkout

Minule jsem těch padesát kilometrů ujel za cenu velkého přesvědčování, takže tomu asi budu muset pomoci soutěžením a virtuální krajinou. Aspoň bych si udělal nový FTP test.

Well, Microsoft Edge is kind of a pile now. It's pretty easy to accidentally get stuck in the address bar / toolbar region and no amount of f6ing will get you out of it. So, if we want Chromium, we choose between that nonsense, Chrome and its evilness, or Brave and its problematicness. I'm sure happy Firefox works for me 99.99% of the time.

HAhyaha yep. Well, sadly it doesn't have enough market share to test with, so that kind of sucks. But can I really blame people? At least I have two browsers that I do completely different things with. LOL. Also Safari isn't that bad. It works for work.
But only FF on Windows, nothing else. Although, I do have Chrome installed for these 1% of the time when some app decides it's going to say it doesn't support FF.

Holy crap Samsung Health on my watch is abysmal. I'm sick of trying to make it work properly.

Back to Google fit, even if it can't find me on my walks.

Will avoid both these brands for my next watch.

I've found Samsung health to be considerably better than Google fit. What are your issues with it?
in reply to aaron

@fireborn the GPS is terrible. I'm constantly walking through buildings or stumbling around like a drunk. I can deal with that but the constant checking that I'm still on my walks despite the elevated heart rate and (drink) GPS activity is infuriating. Sometimes 10+ "are you still walking?" Prompts per 30 mins.

Today it just paused the workout for no apparent reason. I didn't notice for 10 mins even though I have to check it every minute or two for that above-mentioned prompt.

So bad.

in reply to aaron

@fireborn it's also my second one cause the first was even worse with the GPS! 😂
in reply to Christian Biggins

Interesting! I’ve not had that issue personally but that sounds super frustrating. Have you tried Strava or some other third-party app?
in reply to aaron

@fireborn to be honest I kinda wanted to stick with these. I have so many fitness app accounts created over the years. If I could I would just use Fit.
Interestingly, I have a Huawei GT3 which is fantastic with fitness stuff but it doesn't play nicely when synchronising the date over health sync. I might try it again, it's been long enough for an update 🤣.
in reply to Christian Biggins

Fair enough. I just thought that something truly third-party might work better than something from Google that have their own watches to support. And push.
in reply to aaron

@fireborn yeah that's a good point and worth investigating. The new Health Connect service looks promising for using third parties. Health Sync has been great for a long time!
