Firefox for it's self not an innocent tbh, but forks are Great.

I have used Opera and Vivaldi browsers for years. As search engine I use Swisscows and DuckDuckgo. - Google censor a lot of homepages, not only critical about the experimental mRNA covid-19 Gene Therapy, but homepage from political dissidents.

Moin Tuta, also ich nutze seit Jahre auf dem Computer als Browser den #FirefoxESR und als Suchmaschine nutze ich #Startpage. Auf dem Smartphone nutze ich dagegen von Soren Stoutner den @privacybrowser und als Suchmaschine ebenfalls Startpage. Ich würde mich persönlich immer noch sehr darüber freuen, wenn Tuta irgendwann noch einen eigenen Browser veröffentlichen würde. 🙂

A legal solution, but I see a technical problem too: There can never be a new browser engine now. Almost every browser around is based on Chromium, and there are only three engines existing that are usable today. It's impossible to make a new one because the web browser, just to run the modern web, is usually the most complicated program on the computer aside from the OS itself. In many regards the browser is a mini-OS.

Kagi is doing more for privacy than the others listed there.
