Owners of an Apple Watch. With iOS 17, Siri can now not only give you health data; like how many steps you have taken, most recent heart rate or blood oxygen, but it can also look in the past for you. For example, if I was wondering my heart rate while I was sleeping, I could say, what was my heart rate between midnight and 5 AM. It would then tell me the lowest and highest rates my heart reached during that time, plus my average rate during that time. It can do this for any hour you want to know about. This makes getting this information a lot quicker and easier. So if you want or need to know any health information, instead of trying to dig through the health app, just use Siri to find it for you! #iOS17 #Health #Data #Siri
