Of course, in the Netherlands, election loser Geert Wilders starts spreading messages suggesting a rigged election. It's what far-right people always do when they lose. But, unlucky for him, the Netherlands still votes on paper, so while a full recount will take time, it is perfectly possible to do. Democracy deserves the paper trail. It's something I will never stop preaching as loud as I can.

The history on how the Netherlands returned to paper ballots after it was shown that voting machines cannot be trusted sounds rather boring on en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Electron…

"In September 2007 a committee chaired by Korthals Altes reported to the government that it would be better to return to paper voting. The deputy minister for the interior Ank Bijleveld said in a first response she would accept the committee's advice, and ban electronic voting"

Trust me, it was quite the drama at the time :)

Saturday.
The early hours of.

I'd forgotten just how ... different nights with a baby can be.
Wednesday night was atrocious - he slept 10, 15 minutes at a time.
Thursday into Friday? I got a solid 4 hours for the first time in a month.

A bit like last week, I'm still struggling to see how normality can resume. So much of our day and night is taken up with baby, it's hard to imagine being back at work and having that routine.
But now's the time to start building it back up, I suppose.
I'll be fueled by the leftover sweets from last night's escapades. Older daughter has a friend over - yes, it's 3:35 in the morning and yes, they've watched scary movies and are still up eating popcorn and chatting. TO be a teen again!

Baby Bertie doesn't understand why I kept walking him to the door and back, I suppose.
I did re-listen to a spooooky audio drama (Mike Walker's *Bad Memories*, and re-watch *The haunting of Deck 12* from Voyager's 6th season, just to get in the spirit of things.

Some years ago after we had lived in our condo for about 5 years with no trick or treaters we must have been stoned out of our minds and ordered a pizza, put the light on because it was dark and rainy, and of course some kids come to the door. And I answer like "oh ummm sorry I thought you were pizza I don't have any candy" and they were speechless

@hub If I had to guess, Wisevu most likely wants someone from a third-world country, or a place in the world where the exchange rate gives them a lot more.

The company just doesn't want to explicitly mention this. Or they hope someone in a first world country applies, and doesn't think about how much they make per hour (then the company can save a ton, and not pay them what they are worth).
