Considering the way tech companies in Nova Scotia and Québec are constantly looking for tax breaks and funds……..

Hootsuite is in BC. And I wouldn't be surprised the Govt pays them big bucks to manage the write-only social media accounts on the CSAM generator platform.
Hootsuite was already a shitty company 10 years ago.

in light of today's events, i want to share a story i was told during a study abroad summer in italy, where i took a class on the rise of fascism.
the picture below is the site of a mass grave. captive partisans were brought here by nazis, forced to dig, and then executed on the spot.
@matt I feel like many people in tech are only aware of the negative side of what they do, and the journalists are a hundred times worse.
This seems to squarely be a class divide, the poorer you are, the more you benefit from everything being free (money wise), so you are far less concerned about all the "evils" of tech.

Friendly reminder that Signal—while maybe not perfect—is a much better choice for communication than RCS, especially if you are communicating anything sensitive. Doubly true if you are on iOS or communicating with anyone who is, as Apple still does not even use end-to-end encryption for RCS like Google does on Android.

I think the first two digits are duration, and the second is pitch in each pair...
