New Class Action Lawsuit against AccessiBe

On June 24, 2024 Tribeca Skin Care, a small skin care dermatology practice in New York City, filed a class action lawsuit against overlay company AccessiBe.

You may know Allyant (which I pronounce “alley ant”) is the combined form of CommonLook, TBase, and Accessible360.

You may also now Allyable (which I pronounce “snake oil”) is an #overlay vendor.

Apparently Allyable (overlay) was spamming folks on the #DisabilityIN conference app. This resulted in folks regularly visiting the Allyant (combined company) booth thinking it was Allyable (overlay).

My Cease & Desist from AudioEye

On Tuesday April 5, 2022, a FedEx driver dropped off an overnight envelope from Manhattan. It contained a three page Cease & Desist letter from Cozen O’Connor, the law firm representing AudioEye, Inc.
