Unity moves on common tracks. 🇺🇦🛤️🇪🇺

Ukraine’s first EU-gauge railway between Uzhhorod and Chop is now open, backed by €28.6 million from the EU’s Connecting Europe and Ukraine Facilities.

This means:

✅ Faster border crossing
✅ More trade
✅ Better links to 🇸🇰🇭🇺🇦🇹 – and beyond

Part of the EU-Ukraine Solidarity Lanes, this project will help bring Ukraine closer to the EU.

New EU-funded railway line brings Ukraine even closer to EU

Ukraine opened its first railway line based on the European Union standard for track width, marking a significant step in deepening the country’s transport integration with the EU.

There is a brand called MO that’s trying with a flavor called White Coffee, but it’s a tad too sweet and way too weak in coffee flavor. Two years ago, Putin started a full-scale invasion of Ukraine.

Some predicted that it would fall in a matter of days.

One year ago, we called for Europeans’ solidarity.
And our call was answered.

Thanks to the generosity of towns, cities, regions and companies across Europe, 271 school buses have been donated so far as part of the EU Solidarity with Ukraine initiative.

As part of the campaign, today in Kyiv we hand over the last of 100 new EU-funded buses to bring back hope in the future of Ukrainian children.

Pegas je se svými sedmi sty zvířaty největším útulkem svého druhu na Ukrajině. Na statku početně převažují psi, ale člověk zde může narazit také na kočky, poníky nebo i divoká zvířata.

Andrii is 9 years old.

When Russia occupied his village in the Kyiv region, he saw things no child should ever see.

Yet, he keeps dreaming of peace, victory, friends and relatives.

His drawing is displayed in the exhibition Mriyu (I dream), which we opened today in Brussels to pay tribute to Ukrainian courage and resistance, one year after Russia's full-scale invasion.

70 drawings made by Ukrainian children are on display to remind us about war's most vulnerable victims.

Russia must be held accountable in court for the brutal destruction it is causing.

On the European Day for Victims Against Crime, we reaffirm our support for investigating Russia’s war crimes in Ukraine.

Together with the International Criminal Court, Ukraine and EU countries, the EU is collecting evidence and we support setting up an international centre to coordinate the investigations.

Justice must be done.

Our support for Ukraine is unwavering.

Last week, we disbursed €3bn from our Macro-Financial Assistance package.

This financial support will help Ukrainians:

- maintain public services running

- restore critical infrastructure

- stabilise Ukraine’s economy

So far, we have helped with €10.2bn. More will come later this year.

Since the first day of the Russian aggression, we have stood at Ukraine's side. Our support is here to stay.
