If you're missing the #AndroidAppRain toots: while there were plenty of updated apps (12-20 each day), there were no added ones.
With 30%+ of our apps being RB, we also have ~10 RB updates each day.

#reproducibleBuilds are no Set-and-Forget, they need constant care.

So there are failed RBs in need of fixing, which in about every second case requires help from the developers we are in close contact with. This task currently requires more time, figuring some culprits…

I'd also suggest looking at and linking to @IzzyOnDroid's great documentation for app devs on what to watch for: gitlab.com/IzzyOnDroid/repo/-/…, which is much more helpful than just creating upstream issues to say "broken, please fix" without detailed steps.

(By the way, if someone wants to try building Reproducible Builds themselves, I'd strongly suggest looking at gitlab.com/IzzyOnDroid/repo/-/…, which powers the #IzzyOnDroid #ReproducibleBuild system, covering over 30% of IoDs 1223 apps already)

#Catima 2.34.1 is out!

This fixes a minor bug in Catima 2.34.0 where selecting an "invalid" pkpass file (corrupted/not actually pkpass) after choosing to open from Pkpass would cause the app to crash. Now, you just get a little message stating the file could not be read instead.

#Catima 2.34.0 is out!

This release adds support for #Passbook (#pkpass) files, commonly used for event tickets and more!

It also contains some other minor fixes and better handling of image thumbnails (especially transparent ones).

On the end-user side, this release probably doesn't look that different, but it contains some major code refactoring. It is also the first release with #Kotlin code in it.
