It’s worth noting that students in the United States with a qualifying print disability can receive services from Bookshare at no cost.
Also, some state libraries provide complementary subscriptions to patrons. It’s certainly worth reaching out either to your local NLS affiliate or to your
public library to ask if they offer this.
This is applicable to residents in the United States. I have not investigated pricing on subscriptions outside of the United States.
