Celkem se ztotožňuju s tím, jak se k tomu soud postavil, byť mě diametrálně odlišnej přístup různých soudních instancích dost děsí.

Skutek je stále stejnej, ale jeden #soud z vás udělá těžkýho kriminálníka a druhej to hodnotí jako "přešlap". To není dobře, #justice takhle moc důvěry nezíská.

Máte někdo jinej názor na verdikt soudu? Proč si myslíte, že různé soudní instance soudí diametrálně odlišně?

Just got back from a week of cross-country skiing in Seefeld, Austria. The weather was perfect!

The tourism board proudly advertises that Seefeld is reachable by train (which is true, though there’s definitely room for improvement). Still, every time I mentioned to someone—be it the hotel staff or my ski instructor—that I arrived by train, they were completely baffled.

DER SPIEGEL uvádí, že aktivisté, kteří promítli nacistický pozdrav Elona Muska na průčelí jeho továrny Tesla v Grünheide, začali být vyšetřování Úřadem na ochranu ústavy, protože používání nacistických symbolů je v Německu zakázáno, a to i v uměleckém kontextu.

Z toho plyne, že Úřad na ochranu ústavy považuje gesto Elona Muska za nacistický symbol či gesto. Tady to tedy máte od nejlepší autority: šlo o Hitlergruß.

Ano a ve článku je, mimo jiné, uvedeno: "Es geht um die Verbreitung und Projektion dieses aus dem Kontext gerissenen Bildes, welches eine Geste zeigt, die dem Hitlergruß zum Verwechseln ähnlich sieht."
Tudíž, pokud to chápu správně, tak jde o to, že gesto samotné vytrhli z kontexu (mohlo znamenat cokoli) a následně ho vlastně 'zneužili' k propagaci, ze které jsou viněni - což podtrhuje i zmíněné slovo 'heil'.
