It’s funny to watch how with time the collection of local LLMs on my computer shrank to two only: Gemma3:27B and nomic-embed-text. Llama3.2 is pretty much gone, both the text and the vision models. :) I might get a better embedding model if one comes along, but for now nomic-embed-text seems to be doing what I need. Rest is cloud-based.

I switched to #Aegis since andOTP was discontinued. Having reproducible builds is great because it adds more trust. You should really prioritize making reproducible builds for security critical apps.
@hisold That was exactly the reasoning I approached the Aegis team with 🤣 And yes, I'm with you there. And we try that. It's just not exactly trivial for each app to get it RB, and also depends on the frameworks used. In general, apps written in Java/Kotlin are easy to RB (with some exceptions), Flutter is a little tricky, React can become a headache, and so on. We're doing our best – and we hope to reach 50% coverage soon™ (currently we're at 47.5%).
