I tried to have it sing the Casio VL tone song without using an external wave form by constructing a new voice based on "good news", but apparently, I ran into a length limit, or something, so it kind of broke.

I’ve documented a clean, native way to integrate FreeBSD 15 into a FreeIPA realm. No heavy dependencies, no Python shims, just pure Kerberos (GSSAPI) and nslcd.
We get full SSH SSO, automated home directories, and centralized sudo rules using standard BSD tools. Pure, stateless, and sane.

this looks correct, almost identical to how I've done it at $corp jobs but we didn't use freeIPA

This is going to sound a bit weird, but it might be a good idea to purchase a shortwave radio if you haven't got one already. They're quite cheap and small, you can buy one and store it long term just in case.
Shortwave is the only way to receive news and information internationally without relying on the internet or satellite. It might be a useful fallback to receive news from the outside world if your country's media and internet are ever restricted or closed down.
If you've never used one, it's like a normal radio but the frequencies reach around the world. Every country used to have its own station.

What I totally don't understand, though, is that the values for pitch entirely change when the timing does. I basically just brute forced it by slapping in a bunch of numbers until I got what I wanted. LOL
