Of note is that despite the announcement beginning with "I'm Kristi Noem," I'm pretty sure this is not the voice of the Secretary of Homeland Security. I'm not even sure if Kristi Noem speaks Spanish, let alone with the polish of a professional voiceover artist. The first three letters in the name of the referenced CBP Home mobile application are also spoken in English.
Additionally, this station doesn't usually run ads before their stream starts, but clearly the streaming provider has been convinced to run this anyway.

Shortwave is a Rust-based streaming radio (IP radio/internet radio) application written by Felix Häcker, and it's my favorite way to manage my streaming radio stations on Linux. It's a GNOME Circle application but I use it on KDE Plasma and Sway, and it works fine over there (for me anyway). Maybe you'll like it!
