Thought my laptop had time synchronisation issues (again). It appears to be a timezone issue IIUC. But they shouldn't wait for the last day to create a new certificate.
This looks like misconfiguration or caching issue.
EDIT: Actually it looks like there might be some server instances with different certs. Depending on your luck you might get the server from DNS round robin with the broken cert.
the NVD enpoint has been super flaky for quite a few months -- we use it on the LVFS to resolve CVEs to names/descriptions and it probably only works 4/5 times on average.

It's interesting, this video has a lot of skinnier and less fluffy looking cattle along the sides of the roads. but useless google isn't showing any information for feral or wild cattle problems in tibet, but I wonder if that's a thing? or is it people just letting their cattle roam around and they'll come back later?
