I see you're using Tauri. Have you encountered any accessibility problems with Tauri? I know it's just embedding a web view, but there are still little details like whether the web view consistently grabs focus.
@matt I initially encountered issues with WebView not properly grabbing focus if the main thread was busy and not pumping events, at least that is what I assumed. But after moving all the time-consuming parts into separate threads and keeping the main thread for handling the most basic things and the WebView everything is working fine so far. From what I hear from testers same seems to go for Mac as well.
I am trying this on Mac. It says it's looking for the database in /Users/talon/Library/Application Support/Native Instruments/Komplete Kontrol/Browser Data/komplete.db3, however mine appears to be in /Users/talon/Library/Application Support/Native Instruments/Komplete Kontrol/komplete.db3
This looks really cool, even just because it has a search box it would make my productivity about a million times better than just using KK alone :) Is it supposed to also let you load presets into an instance? If I press enter on a preset it plays the preview but I don't see any change in reaper where I have one instance of KK loaded that I verified can load patches if I use an actual keyboard, do I perhaps have to configure something somewhere? This is on Mac.
@pitermach I don't know any way to make KK load the preset in the DAW of your choice. The way I use it is to use the copy to clipboard button for any preset you find useful, load an instance of KK in your DAW of choice, go to the file menu and hit load, paste the path there, that'll load it. Obviously you'll need to get to the file menu and load button, but that seems to be easier nowadays with the help of OCR or ReaHotkey on Windows, probably Keyboard Maestro on Mac too.
