Mullvad Browser for me. Maybe a bit overkill, but I'm really enoying how private it is when it comes to tracking and fingerprinting prevention. On mobile I use Qwant's search engine app. Screw Google.
I wouldn't really call Tor an *alternative* to Chrome. Firefox is currently in its "shit phase", so it'll maybe be good again in 5 years. 🙃 I tried Mullvad for a bit but I found it to be poor UX. Brave is my secondary browser while Vivaldi is my primary. But it didn't make your list.
And Brave was my primary browser on mobile until I noticed the insane amount of data it uses.
not at all surprised. Quit Ggl long ago AND** have all their URLs uBlocked on my other browsers (FF, LW, Tor...). (** If you don't, you're STILL being tracked by Ggl as they have backdoors/cookies etc.on almost all websites. uBock will tell you which Ggl URLs are farming your data.)

@menelion It doesn't get done as often with the kaval as with qurai, tsuur, etc., but Theeodosii is quite a fan of the technique, and going in more experimental directions, but he always keeps one eye on tradition too.

People aren't taking this seriously IMHO, and until we wake up to what's actually happening America is lost. I'm sick of people online, Reddit is a great example, saying shit like "oh, but what can we do?" when someone asks why more isn't being done. We clearly can not handel the situation we're in at the moment, and I hope to God something will change sooner rather than later, because honestly we don't have much time left.

We are going to have to do some hard thinking and hard work, however we get through this. I think we will at the minimum need some new constitutional ammendments to thoroughly limit executive power. No one person should have that much power. The collective's decisions should be made collectively. Pardons need to go. Appointments need to go. Executive orders need to go. Military and police should not report to the same person. Prosecutors should not report to presidents. Chop it all up and put it in the hands of multiple people that have to vote. If we have to have an executive, we should have more than one, each with a sliver of responsibility and power, and each independently elected. Our system is broken.

Ranked choice or something that doesn't incentivize the formation of a binary political system with red and blue vying against each other like fucking sports teams, casting each other as villains to fight over the tiny scrap of swing voters that have all the control. A bottom-up system, not a top-down one, so the people really do rule themselves. Proportional representation to eliminate the tyranny of the majority. There are all kinds of things we can and probably should do to make our government truly representative and accountable and reliable.

Being in the streets might be dangerous with such a violent administration, but refusing to work, reduce purchases to the bare minimum, only purchasing from small local businesses, etc. might be needed. I can't see there's a painless way to stop a wannabe dictator, but the sooner the easier and less time to do damage

Thank you. I agree with some of the takes about AI not being the magic button that will fix everything, but these models do have uses and will not be going anywhere. People who just dismiss AI as if it's not a real thing will wake up to the facts soon enough.
Exactly. One good thing to note is that this tech is still new, and it takes time for people to really understand where it helps and where it just slows you down, so I think in the next five years or so the talk around AI will be much different.

Teď jsem si ale všiml, že jiní to karegorizují jako kostky a jakože musím uznat, že se skládá z kostek...
některé tagy nemají jasně vymezené hranice, což bývá předmětem dlouhých diskusí na fóru. Člověk by se tak neměl trápit tím, že stejnou věc někdo jiný označuje jinak, pokud se jedná o podobné materiály. Dlažební kostky (sett) mají být nahrubo opracované přírodní kameny do podoby kostky, mezery mezi nimi jsou zpravidla větší. Dlažba (paving stones) může být jak z přírodního, tak umělého materiálu, má dokonalejší tvar a je zpravidla vydlážděná s menšími mezerami. To, co je na fotce, jsou za mě dlažební kostky, ale ani s dlažbou člověk velkou chybu neudělá.
