I love, love, LOVE my #Thunderbird tags! (especially with the filters I've set up to delete messages after a period of time, eg "Keep for 1 week/month/3 months" then delete unless starred etc).

Can't wait for tags+filters to make their way over to #ThunderbirdMobile / #K9 mail!

Is there a roadmap anywhere? I'd love to know if there are plans to incorporate Thunderbird's labels or automatic filters... Gotta say I'm already loving the visual improvements in K9 from the #K9/#Thunderbird colab. 💕

Thunderbird starts and decides (without asking me) to open a web page in my default browser to beg about donation.

Thunderbird being hypocritical again:
- they're saying donations are what keep them alive yet they just bought out K-9
- they're saying they're "privacy-respecting", yet they open a tracking web page at every start of Thunderbird

The funniest: the links, even in the donate page, contains trackers.

Seriously @thunderbird stop acting like the good guys.

Whoa! Didn't see that one coming! Still, I'm cautiously optimistic about this. # has been great for a long time, but short on marketing and funding. # has more recognition, but no # app. The two together could definitely be stronger than their separate parts. Plus, to be honest, I was wondering how long it would be before K9 got in trouble for the name/logo combo. This neatly sidesteps that before it's even a problem!
