Today I finally returned to working on my personal project.

Usually when going back to a track after sometimes, I suddenly notice all the mistakes I made but didn't realize back then.

It did happen a bit this time, but this track is weird enough to confuse me about what a mistake even is.

Anyway, surely the weakest part was the first buildup, so I tried to fix that for today.

#AudioMo: Welcome to the Shift R trick.
I play stuff, I shift R it, I hope it’s OK.

This is a track-stack with two Keyscape sounds, the Double Felt Grand, and the Dulcitone.
Shift R in #Logic is basically like the capture option in #Ableton, IE: even when the transport is stopped, it will capture what you recorded and add it to the focused MIDI track. Doesn't work with audio.
