For the SIXTH time today, we've got BREAKING NEWS: Elon Musk's X Corp. is suing Media Matters for America and “ALL those who colluded in this fraudulent attack on our company,” according to Mr. Musk in a post made at 2:01 a.m. Eastern time.
Musk calls the lawsuit “thermonuclear,” and explicitly states that he will be suing “their board, their donors, their network of dark money, all of them” at “the split second court opens on Monday.”

The document states that posts Media Matters highlighted do not break any of X's rules, and therefore aren't subject to takedowns.
Yeah, no crap. Because X's rules are so stupid, advertisers have fled the platform. It's not because of the posts, it's because of X's rules and its antisemitic owner.
Musk fundamentally ignores this in his lawsuit, because he's a certified fucking moron.
We'll see how this lawsuit plays out on Monday — just four days before Thanksgiving, a federal holiday.
Musk is actively putting the blame on Media Matters, which simply reported the facts without opinion. It was not an opinion piece.
Suing an entity because they reported on facts is most certainly a violation of the American legal system and is frankly the opposite of free speech — it's oppression of the press.
The constitution explicitly guarantees freedom of press in this country. This lawsuit is utter nonsense and is a complete attack on the right to freedom of press in America.
