Pro líné lidi je to pohodlnější, ale zase chápu, že kdo maká na směny a doma povinnosti, tak na nic z toho není moc času a energie. Ale kdo chce tak to vždy nejak jde, aspoň v něčem. Je to zas o lidech a jejich situaci asi.
Ano, taky to tak vidím. Jít po schodech než výtahem, vystoupit o zastávku dřív apod. Úprava jídelníčku. Ale chápu, že je to člověk od člověka a jeho situace.
mne přijde že to je prostě vůle. I já jsem měl části života, kdy se vše hroutilo a nemohl jsem se přemluvit k ničemu jinému než pivo, junk food a jít si lehnout.
@Erwin_Schroedinger Já měl 120 kilo, kouřil 40 denně a k tomu 7 piv každý den. Sekl jsem s kouřením, začal postupně rychlou chůzí a dál dolů 42 kg a zaběhl 3 maratony. Tak myslim, že to jde.

ne nestačí. Obezita má celkem silné genetické předpoklady. Nehledě na to, že antagonisté receptorů GLP-1 celkem významně snižují možný rozvoj cukrovky typu II. Není pravda, že obézním lidem stačí změnit jídelníček a “předepsat” pohyb. Ten předsudek, že tyto léky jsou zkratkou k hubnutí je v mnoha případech poměrně mylná představa.
@janantos Tak neberu extra obézní, tam asi to už bez pomocí nejde, ale lidi kolem 100-120 kg. Dost lidí je jen líných. Všude autem, neudělají zbytečný krok atd. Prostě některým by jen to co jsem psal si myslím stačilo.
no vidíš, a já zrovna znám lidi v této kategorii (100-120) co změnili kompletně jídelníček, počítali kalorie pohybovali se (procházky se psem, jezdili na kole, denně jim hodinky nalogovali přes 10 km chůze) a nedostali je pod 110 ať se snažili, jak se snažili.
@janantos Docela by mě zajímalo, zda podobně ve společnosti hodnotíme ty, kdo byli v 50 „líní“ jít preventivně na kolonoskopii. „Tlusťochy“ si ale podáváme standardně, protože každý přece ví, že je to nezdravé a stačí... Nestačí. Je to mix faktorů, nastavení civilizace, veřejného prostoru, výživy, osobního času, povahy, zálib, spánku, financí, vůle, typu zaměstnání, teploty v místnosti, životní etapy atd. Pohoršovat se je značně demotivující přístup.

I find myself really irked by the headline here. The problem is not a "simple website bug", the problem is that they wrote thousands of lines of code without ever thinking about what the trust boundaries are, or should be.
This is a massive design flaw. The idea that cars should be controllable from some mothership is bizarre (and not needed for app control - have a digital signature from the mobile device). The idea that cars are enrolled even if the user didn't set up an account is similarly broken. This isn't a "simple website bug" but a massive failure to consider the security implications of features.

Have a look at your MySQL/MariaDB settings. It seems as if you could assign more memory to it. Have a look at the innodb settings. I can't really suggest any specific values, see here: mariadb.com/kb/en/mariadb-memo…

Sie zeigt vielleicht, dass man sich während der Pandemie eher genötigt sah nun halt auch was Digitales zu machen, weil es nicht anders ging. Aber es scheint nach wie vor nicht zur Lebenswirklichkeit der Gemeinden zu gehören. Man zieht sich teils wieder in das Schneckenhaus Kirche zurück und arbeitet so aktiv weiter am Relevanzverlust.
Andererseits haben sich in der Pandemie teilweise (oder überwiegend?) digitale Gepflogenheiten eingeschliffen, die sich wohl aus der mangelnden Digitalkompetenz und anderen Zwängen speiste und für mich fernab souveränen digitalen Handels liegen. So ist Kirche nach meiner Wahrnahme oft kein Vorbild in Sachen #RespektDerDigitalenPrivatsphäre und dieser Aspekt wird mir häufig zu wenig oder gar nicht thematisiert.
Insofern scheint es mir wichtig, entgegen der Ansicht des Autors, Sonderstellen zu schaffen. Diese würde ich aber weniger mit Contentproduktion beauftragen, als vielmehr zur Unterstützung der Gemeinden vor Ort qualifizieren. Denn die sind ob der immer weiter zurückgehenden Mitglieder oft überfordert.
Ui, vielleicht hier gar nicht so einfach unmissverständlich und in aller Kürze umfänglich genug darzustellen...
Bei Kirchens sehe ich eine weite Spanne: Von der digitalen Totalverweigerung bis zu den Superhipstern.
Kleinere Gemeinden im ländlichen Raum sind mir vielleicht am nächsten. Da gibt es manche, die steht vor dem personellen Kollaps...
Praktische Unterstützung im digitalen Bereich vor Ort könnte ein Aufgabengebiet sein. Grundlegende Medien- und Digitalkompetenzvermittelung an konkreten Aufgaben, z.B. wie organisiert man eine Vorbereitungsgruppe für den Weihnachtsgottesdienst digital:
* Einsatz eines fairen Chatsystems für die Arbeitsgruppe * Bearbeitung gemeinsamer Dokumente in einer selbstgehosteten Cloud des Kirchenkreises * Nutzung von Trackingfreiem SocialMedia, nicht um 1000de Follower zu bekommen, sondern lokal ansprechend wahrgenommen zu werden usw. usw.
Das alles auf eine Art und Weise und mit Tools, die beispielgebend sind für eine #selbstbestimmtDigital e Arbeit, in der wir unsere besonderen Skills auspielen, siehe z.B. hier:

Es gibt in D eine breitgefächerte, professionelle und trotzdem an der Basis gebliebene Szene, die sich für eine freiheitlich-demokratische #Digitalgesellschaft einsetzt.
Hin und wieder wird aus der Szene mal ein Speaker für eine Keynote zu digitaler Kirche eingeladen, aber die praktische Arbeit in den Gemeinden vor Ort (und auf höherer kirchlicher Ebene?) scheint mir sehr weit weg davon.
