I think the more worrying part is that ladybird is also allowing AI into their project. but it's more like "AI kinda sucks and writes bad code but if it helps you without ruining the project than sure" than an outright approval that servo is trying to do.

I think something that's often underappreciated is how complex modern HTTP is. I think if I had TLS libraries and only needed to implement HTTP/1.0, three days would not be enough, especially if I was doing it in C, since I don't work with it regularly. (I would probably need three days just to debug my segfaulting code.)

@troed I think the generalized answer would be: "in the way the project wants it". Slightly larger/mature ones might think accepting sponsorships/money is the better take, while smaller ones in many cases rather prefer code/helping-hands.

I think a lot of people like this have no idea that the way you implement http isn't by typing `import "http";` ... They forget that all the gazillion libraries they import to write their little project are actually written by someone at some point, and that making those libraries and those tools so simple that you forget they are even there is what the real art of programming is about.

@harald I think I did a lot of that in my younger years as well. Coming back to and making sense of your own code 10-20 years later can be a humbling experience.

sscanf() can indeed have some weird and surprising behavior!
For instance, a while back, a fuzzer timed out on a sscanf("%d", ...), while looking for a space, and I ended up writing a workaround: github.com/lpereira/lwan/blob/…

Před deseti lety začal cestujícím sloužit nový úsek metra V.A Otevřen byl na Velikonoce dne 6. dubna 2015. Síť metra se tak rozrostla na 61 stanic a délku 65,4 km. Jízdní doba z Depa Hostivař do Nemocnice Motol je přibližně 31 minut, délka 17,13 km a počet stanic na lince A je 17. Zpočátku jezdil v novém úseku pouze každý druhý vlak, jinak se končilo na Dejvické. Později bylo posunuto pásmování do nové stanice Petřiny a pak zcela zrušeno. Od té doby se zatím metro nerozšířilo.
