James has a legit track record of identifying infelicities in HTTP/1.1's spec and implementations; but he cannot, for obvious reasons, spill the beans before delivering his talk at Black Hat.
I wouldn't suspect him of exaggerating the impact of his findings. If he's right about impact, what's wrong with advertising the talk with a catchy name?

The interesting part of their marketing pitch is that "you should implement HTTP2." No you don't. You should implement HTTP3, and it is fine to skip from 1.1 to 3. And then use H1.1 mostly to convey the alternate service error and tell clients to use H3 instead.
I'm assuming this is limited to situations where front-end talk to back-end servers which allows an attacker to insert unauthorized HTTP requests after first sending a malformed HTTP request.

Вы абсолютно правы! Если легенды нет, то, если мне память не изменяет, просто скажет «Группа». Но вообще тестировать надо, причём с разными скринридерами в идеале.
