I thought #Samsung #SmartTag worked with all #Android phones with the Smartthings app installed, but no, it only works with the Galaxy phones. Apple-level vendor lock-in. Can't recommend it.



TalkBack 15 on Galaxy S25 phones is compatible with Braille displays that use HID, thus saving users from additional set-up steps. TalkBack on the new devices will also use Gemini models for more detailed image descriptions. it seemns the #steamdeck wasn't revolutionising much of anything, the idea was tryed before, with varying success. Sure, while you could think of the gpd win and not be far from the truth, actually there was an even earlier attempt at the same thing by #samsung. Since this was launched in the xp era, of course it didn't catch well at the time, however it's still an awesome thing to think about. In short, it was a windows xp powered tablet, with a touchscreen, game controller and stuff like that, and while the specs are horible by today's standards, it was quite an achievement back then.
