@Bri There's the OBS replay buffer that already can do this. You can use that or the OBS built-in recording feature. Of course you will need the sources shown that you want captured. You can even set global hotkeys for these.

I wouldn't recommend OVH. I went through hell because of them in the last month. Terrible service, worse customer support, hidden fees (despite several promises via phone), hidden restrictions, and then almost impossible to leave. I cancelled everything, which wasn't easy due to their broken legacy code, yet they still sent me an e-mail threatening some fees for a service I don't have.
