Chci se vám oběma omluvit. Včera jsem to přehnal s konzumací jistých, pro mládež nevhodných, látek a ve finále jsem vás označil za kokoty, včetně mě samého (byť ve vtipu, ale to nelze snadno poznat v textovém dialogu), a odsoudil jsem vás dle vašich počítačových preferencí. (MacOS je pořád přeci jen FreeBSD, byť značně vykastrované.)
Jakožto potomek umělecké rodiny v surrealismu mne svádí experimentovat s nepředvídatelností internetových interakcí - nicméně nejsem zastáncem vulgarit a agresivity.
Nerad bych, abyste vnímali mou prezenci v tomto svobodném internetovém prostoru jako parazitní. Mou prací je generovat tkzv. engagement, neboť jsem primárním vzděláním tvůrcem digitálního obsahu. A pokud se pohybujete v kyberprostoru alespoň pár posledních let, víte, že umělec je odpadem společnosti - a to je přeci jen břemeno, se kterým není jednoduché přežívat.
Abyste mi oba věřili, že naše včerejší interakce byla skutečně jen hrou, přikládám obrázek, který vás snad přesvědčí, že svou omluvu myslím vážně.

Mixxx 2.5 Stable Released
As is our Christmas tradition, we have a present under the tree for everyone (even if you don't have a tree!) The biggest change is that #Mixxx is now built for QT6 instead of QT5. While this means leaving certain older operating systems behind, supporting QT6 is an important step in keeping Mixxx relevant on newer operating systems.
We also have a bunch of updates to controller configs.

This version includes support for Hexen. Although there is an open source Hexen iwad, I was unable to get it working. You can get Hexen from Steam and just place the Hexen iwad in the Toby Doom folder.

You can log in to your #GoToSocial instance and use it like Mastodon :) All data is stored in the browser and on your own computer, masto-fe.superseriousbusiness.org doesn't store anything at all. It's like pinafore or semaphore in that regard.
I'll mess around with it more on and off as a hobby project, see if it can be customized + themed to feel a bit more like GoToSocial.

Kind of a side-topic, and not related to curl, but this gave me a terrifying idea.
What if malicious actors submit vulnerability reports to make FOSS maintainers' lives harder, just to give themselves more time to exploit actual 0-days?
The xz utils incident was careful and long-term, but if someone does find a vulnerability and they're malicious, presumably they'll want to keep it unaddressed for as long as possible.
What better way to do that than distract everyone they can with AI-generated BS? Even if it buys them 30 minutes or an hour, that's time during which they could do damage.
Gives me the creeps.

in reply to Federico Mena Quintero • • •it's useful to preserve things like hidden tracks, pre-gap content, inter-track timing (including when that gap is specifically structured to offer chapter stops in a continuous recording e.g. of a concert or live recording) - edge cases, mostly.
It's worth knowing that you can embed the .cue file directly inside the FLAC file though instead of having to keep them side by side. Worth testing with your players of choice though, support can be finicky. Worth figuring out though.

There are two specifications.
One is for a VorbisTag type 2 metadata block (`metaflac --import-cuesheet-from=file.cue file.flac`), the other is for applying track tags from that CUE sheet (`metaflac --import-cuesheet-from=file.cue --set-tag-from-file=CUESHEET=file.cue file.flac`).
On Windows, foobar2000 handles files structured this way; in my case, mpd does too. I don't know of many others though.
