Just got back from a week of cross-country skiing in Seefeld, Austria. The weather was perfect!
The tourism board proudly advertises that Seefeld is reachable by train (which is true, though thereβs definitely room for improvement). Still, every time I mentioned to someoneβbe it the hotel staff or my ski instructorβthat I arrived by train, they were completely baffled.
Maybe they were baffled mostly because "I arrived here by train!" wasn't the expected response to "Sir, would you like tea or coffee with breakfast?" π
