The USA's continuing attrition against Venezuelan small boats in the Caribbean has now reached a death toll of over a hundred.
Noam Chomsky always used to point out: if you want to understand how power works in international relations, in a case like this reverse the protagonists & ask what would then be happening?
So, if Venezuelan armed forces had attacked a number of small US boats in the Caribbean, killing their crew, how would that now being playing out?
