I "disabled" Google Maps since I couldn't uninstall it because it now labels the Gulf of Mexico as "Gulf of Mexico (Gulf of America)" for me in Canada.
Hopefully this helps me break my bad habit of using it and I remember to use OSM now..
I typed Gulf of Mexico into Google Maps, It edited my query without permission and showed me the Trump cult invention that isn't and never will be the real thing.
The sole honest element is the oil-drilling rig as the illustration for what "Gulf of America" signifies.
