And braille books, too, please. It's not about the subscription, it's about the availability that we get through subscription. However, that does not mean it's not having books sucked right off it. Yeah, not legal, but then, there are people who indeed cannot pay, and then, they deserve the same experience as everyone else. So, before we encourage people to unsubscribe from book services or big corporations that have huge catalogue of books, let's consider. Many libraries in many countries do not have a big catalogue of say, audio books for example, and most do not even have braille. I don't know about the west, but I have seen enough public libraries around here to know that the reality for now, is subscription-based, or whatever free you find on the internet because a good soul decided to post it with a significant risk if it's copyrighted.

Mastodon isn't the only platform in town; you may want to test other text based platforms based on descending popularity like Misskey, and Lemmy which I suspect is likely to be replaced by Sublinks by most instance operators:
