Zlevňování vlastnického bydlení? V Polsku v posledních měsících realita. Podle deníku GW se dokonce schyluje k "festivalu zlevňování v příštím roce". Staví se totiž rekordní množství nových bytů, v některých oblastech se nabídka nemovitostí ke koupi meziročně dvojnásobila.
Podle údajů statistického úřadu navíc získali developeři od ledna do října letošního roku přes 170 tisíc stavebních povolení. To je meziročně o téměř 30 procent více.
V říjnu 2024 dokonce developeři na trh uvedli více bytů, než kolik jich bylo koupeno. Na největších polských portálech s inzercí bydlení Olx a Otodom je asi 230 tisíc nabídek, loni to bylo o zhruba 70 tisíc méně.
@Martin Kostera A jaká mají v Polsku opatření omezující investiční nemovitosti? Protože, kdyby se stavělo takto tady, myslím, že by stále bylo dost peněz, aby to skupovali lidé, kteří nepotřebují bydlet, ale neví kam s pěnezma.

@Chao-c' Cena bytu v Praze je irelevantní a dost mi vadí, že jí všichni neustále vytahujou. Praha je plná lidí a není v zájmu nikoho, aby se tam stěhovali další.
Problematický je, že ani v lokalitách míň zajímavých to bydlení není dostupný a to je velkej průser...
Praha je třeba ve srovnání s Paříži v podstatě prázdná. Dá se tam v klidu nacpat dalších milion lidí a nikdo si toho ani nevšimne. Stačí nebýt NIMBY Pirát.

Nikdo určitě nic nenamítá proti zastavění brownspaců na Smíchově, apod. V Praze je obrovské množství různých postindustriálních zón, kde se dá stavět (problém bude akorát nárůst poptávky po dopravní obslužnosti... pokud všichni nově zabydlení budou očekávat ježdění auty všude, bude to dost problém, ulice jsou ucpané už teď... bylo by tedy dobré, kdyby noví Pražané přijali městský, evropský pařížský životní styl, ne vidlácký americký předměstský životní styl)
(Máme tu samozřejmě určité výjimky... třeba na Džbáně v parku by se fakt stavět nemělo, to byl renonc, že ten pozemek vůbec někdo koupil... )

Il secondo punto riguarda la banda usata, avevo attivitato la telemetria ma un 1.4GB per caricare solo testo mi sembra eccessivo. Forse c'è qualche bandwith leak, e per chi non ha internet illimitato è un serio problema (io ce l'ho illimitato).
@❄️ freezr ❄️ certo ti aggiungo l'istanza... per l'uso dei dati, hai provato a verificare se persiste disabilitando il caricamento automatico delle immagini? c'è anche un'opzione "Solo in WiFi" per evitare di scaricare foto e video se sei su una connessione potenzialmente a pagamento. Se il problema persiste vuol dire che dipende dai dati testuali e c'è una lavorazione da fare (che in un progetto piccolo come questo non era prioritaria ma forse andrebbe fatta).

Yes, there are a lot of special things about the human voice for example, that people with vision do not understand. Like the notes in someone's voice, how different someone's voice is from other voices, what they sound like, what their emotions, etc. Also, if they can sing. That last one is just, my observation. Some voices are also very good to just, listen to. Voices can mean a lot, especially if they are the only thing you can identify someone by, not talking about other awareness. Nice topic. :)
Alright. My work on a solution to finally make screen reader input on Linux somewhat reliable is progressing, the Mutter side seems to work on Wayland, but I must likely find a different place where to hook the code to the X.org Mutter keyboard handling, oh, well...
Thanks for tagging me on this thread. Yeah, he's extracting that part of the work I did for STF earlier this year, and reimplementing the AT side of it in libatspi. As for the bit about X.org, it seems to me that Mutter shouldn't expose this new protocol at all when running in X window manager mode, since libatspi can already get keystrokes directly from the X server.
It definitely does not have to, but I'd rather make things consistent for ATs, ideally, I'd want to move the logic where a double press of a grabbed modifier (mainly caps lock and insert) to the protocol and mandate it in the spec, so Orca can ideally no longer need the capability to inject keyboard events at all (that's a long time in the future, because backward compatibility, I know).
Yeah, I am not sure about that either, so this plan might be only a dream, after all. It would be somewhat ironic if the AT input handling worked better on Wayland, though.
They very definitely do not. mutter on xorg is merely a window manager so it gets a few notifications from X when new top-level windows are created but all input is directly and exclusively between xorg and the recipient x client. there are workarounds using e.g. XI2 raw events ro maybe XRECORD but they won't be 100% complete either.

If I were still using Gmail, I'd be more concerned that they might be reading my emails to train AI or for any other reason. Ads are unpleasant, but I understand that free services need to make money somehow.
