Hey, I know some of my followers are avid sound effect collectors. I'm looking for a better copy of the Babylon 5 door chime sound effect that I have attached to this toot. It's the only one I can find, but it's not good enough to use as a notification sound on my phone. Apparently, there are multipple door chime sounds. I don't want to tell you anything about what's coming next. I will just say that there are some great episodes ahead of you with some amazing acting and great stories. @DavidGoldfield You don't know if there are any audio describe versions do you? I am watching it without but would prefer it if possible. I find that for some shows it takes them time to find their footing during the first and maybe even second seasons, but that’s not the case with Babylon five. They are doing an excellent job of laying the foundation for things to come.
Unfortunately, I'm not aware of any audio description added to any of the episodes or movies in the Babylon 5 franchise. This was disappointing, considering it was and still might be streaming on Max and they've been good at adding audio description to many of their assets. Even the new animated movie "the Road Home" had no AD. what's their efficiency though? Panels in 1982 were like... 5-15% depending on the type? You can replace those for cheap with recently retired industrial panels and get 2x
Solar panels *can* last 40 years, but it often doesn't make economic sense to keep them that long. At least not until we stop making performance gains altogether.
